Nothing wakes you out of the despair of British politics quite like the fabulous week of fashion that is Paris Haute Couture.
For five wonderful days, I’ve escaped the mess that is the UK and been swept away to a world of breathtaking gowns. It’s been runway after runway packed with beautiful creations and red-carpet worthy dresses.
Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week is an opportunity for courtiers like Chanel, Dior, and Valentino to unleash their creativity without the worry of consumer habits or mass market appeal. It’s a chance to showcase superior craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind wonders.
For this post, I’m sharing some of my favourites from Ralph & Russo, Zuhair Murad and Georges Hobeika. There were so many amazing looks it was hard to narrow it down!
Did you follow Paris Couture Week? What were your favorites from the shows? Let me know in the comments below!
